Piracy?

Piracy is on the rise again! Another Call of Duty title gets the “Most Pirated Game of the Year” spot. Torrent servers and file hosting sites are facing a rise in traffic and pirated crap can be seen everywhere around the country. In fact, our piracy rates are so high; it can even be compared with the People’s Republic of China. To put icing on the cake, we even have stores selling pirated software! Of course, the activities of the warez scene didn’t go unnoticed by the Malaysian government. Radio stations like Hitz.FM and Trax.FM are encouraging their listeners to choose legitimate products over pirated goods. The government is imposing tighter threat to the “Commercial Warez” scene in KL; but does anyone give a shit about it? I don’t think so. To this day, night markets and shopping centers are still populated by “Warez retailers”. That is of course, asswipes who download pirated software or media for disgusting, commercial use. Those who are smart enough continue to use torrents and file hosting sites like MediaFire and only a small amount of people in Malaysia possess legitimate software. In fact, the scene in Malaysia has become so friggin retarded; people have even started categorizing games. Shitty freeware MMO games like Cocksucker Online, Mission Against Trannies, Perfect Wussies and Blackshit are called ‘Online games’ while games like Call of Duty 4, Need For Speed: Most Wanted, Counter Strike and C&C Red Alert 3 are known as ‘Offline games’ or ‘LAN games’ and we all know how they got that name in Malaysia. It’s the fact that most asswipes in here have never bought a single piece of legitimate software or digital media, resulting in the fact that their access is pretty much limited to the singleplayer and/or local part of the games which is something I don’t understand. Yes, they claim that they can’t afford them but don’t let that deceive you because they can afford a shitload of craptastic ‘premium’ items on Cocksucker Online so please, don’t tell me that you can’t afford USD60 when you spend more than that on those crappy CiB games.

Cocksucker Online is considered an online game; Call of Duty 4 isn't.

Now, I know some people will probably go into QQ mode when I say that I do support piracy to a certain extent. According to an anonymous member of Warez-BB.org, piracy is a way for us to try out the software before we make the final decision of wether to buy it or not to buy it. That is of course, true to a certain extent because you can’t try out movies or music because let’s face it, doing that would be like trying to shift the gear of a car without the clutch being pushed. To be honest, I wouldn’t be supporting piracy one single bit if it wasn’t for the fact that a lot of games are overpriced these days. I mean, come on. You can still make a lot of profit by selling a game for USD30-40 as long as you have the correct marketing strategy, not to mention a good product but noooooooooooooooo. The publishers had to become greedy and raise the prices from USD40, to fifty and now, sixty. Now multiply that by 3.5 and you would have spent more than MYR200 just on a game. Yes, some games like Split/Second and Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit are worth that amount of money but let’s face it; the gaming industry we know today is filled with a bunch of shitty games made only for profit and nothing else. In fact, USD60 IS overpriced. Why some publishers can’t reduce the amount of profit they receive is beyond my comprehension but one thing’s for sure; There are some people who would actually buy a legit copy of Microsoft Windows if it didn’t cost them MYR400+. Overpriced? Yes it is.

A retail copy of Win7 Ultimate costs USD400. Overpriced? Yes it is.

Games aside, the film industry is also not worth the money these days. What with the amount of wannabes popping out of nowhere and the incoherent amount of unrelated trailers and federal warnings which cannot be skipped at all. And seriously, I don’t want to buy Twilight just to rant about how crappy it is(HERP DERP). Its no wonder people download more movies than they buy and let’s face it; Why would I want to waste 10-20 minutes of my life watching unskippable crap on a legitimate disk when I can just go directly to the movie without all those hassles?

Typical Fed warning that can be found in a retail movie.

And if you’re going to tell me that piracy is stealing, then kindly ‘hear’ me out. Piracy cannot be considered as stealing due to the fact that we are not taking any revenue from the publishers and developers. We are only reducing the amount of revenue they can generate. That’s not called stealing. Its REDUCING. In fact, piracy doesn’t even generate losses and don’t believe it when publishers claim that piracy is the main generator of their losses because we all know that they’re just trying to pin the blame on someone else when its their own fault they released a shitty product or their marketing strategy isn’t strong enough. And again, piracy does not generate losses. It only reduces the amount of potential profit.

P.S.:

Fun fact about Malaysia: Most computers owned by the government are actually running on pirated operating systems. Yes, its contradiction at it’s very best again.

Justin Bieber fangirls=Annoying lil' shits

So I open up my comments box on Youtube and guess what I found...

"@iambryan1234 your the nobody. everyone likes him!"
"@iambryan1234 what r u talking about loser!! he is awesomee.. thats my opinion .. and plus if u dont like him why do u make him fell more bad about himself.. :( and plus I LLOOVVEE JUSTIN BIEBER.. AND IM A SOMEONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if ur a fan of justin bieber thumbs up 2 show her/him tht pepopple LOVE juatin bieebr including me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Yes, a bunch of annoying Justin Bieber fangirls who couldn't even take in a bit of criticism about him. And what's more? They give Americans a very, bad image. Yes, most of these asswipes are from America but a lot of th
ese annoying fangirls have also been sprouting up in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, UK and even Germany. Yes, basically, they listen to annoying pop stars like Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift.

OK, sure, Taylor Swift is still passable but Miley Cyrus has an annoying voice which is proven in Party In The USA and Selena Gomez has a lot of uninteresting crap, not to mention the fact that all of the movies she has been acting in are shit. And for crying out loud, Justin Bieber has that bitch ass voice which makes those South Korean wannabes look good and let's face it; Big Bang and K-On! are already as bad as they can be.
"Justin Bieber has a voice that can even make Big Bang and K-On! look good."

Now, for the sake of these two idiots' good, I will not give out names. However, the first idiot just had to turn this shit argument into me playing 'shitty Xbox games' all day long and having no life.

"
uh.. look whos talking. Your the one with videos of stupid games. is that all you do in your life? play xbox?
gosh."

And please, do not at this rate, tell me that girls will be girls because I know a lot of girls who know the difference between great and crap. But then, there's a point in what you say innit? Friggin cell phones and friends is all that matters in life according to these annoying fangirls.

Sibu: Do I Miss Her?

Sibu, oh Sibu...

How I will miss SMKBS, my friends in there, the convenience of that small town, the people I got to know in there, and the peacefulness of that small town. Wait, really!?

While I am certainly going to miss a few people in there, not to mention the roads that are free from traffic jams and the convenience of that town, I am certainly not going to miss Sibu much. Trust me, it is not as peaceful as it looks in there. That hellhole is dominated by retards, arrogance and ignorant twats. Not to mention the fact that nearly all the kids in there are too scared to face the truth. Allow me to introduce you to some of these fuckers.

First of all, there's Wong King Wei. He's basically your average 'Cina Beng'. You know the type. Stereotype gangsterism, long fingernails, shitty hairstyles and of course, thinks he's a lot better than his parents and teachers. Yes, he also hangs out in cybercafes all day long while mommy and daddy spoonfeeds his sorry ass. Then, you have Brian Liong. Grade-A student, but blabs about crap he doesn't even understand. I'm sure I don't need to go through the details as I have already given him a feature in one of my previous articles about the younger generation. If you look far enough, you'll find it. Last, but not least, you have this turdball who is known as 'Miko Wong' on Facebook. Yes, I don't remember her name. How long has it been already since the last time I met her? So anyway, she's basically a female version of Brian Liong. Well, OK. I lied. After a little 'political' drama on Facebook with her, she had to come for me personally and demand an apology just because she got butthurt all over the truth! I'm sure if you look in the right places, you'll see the remains of that drama.

Ignorant classmates and ex-classmates aside, Sibu is still a fucked up town infested with gangs. The press will always report some gang violence in there at least once a month and the tiniest sign of butthurt faggotry can turn into a dramatic argument and domestic violence in there is a common issue. To put icing on the cake, the woman is blamed for everything. If the husband abuses the wife, then its the wife's fault. If the husband drinks, gambles or has an affair, then its the wife's fault too. The man is always perfect. At least, that's the mentality on Sibu. Oh the fucking Foochow faggots in there.

And speaking of the population of Sibu, there's a lot of trashtalking and smartasses in there, thinking they're damn good at everything when the only games they play are shitty CiBMall games and DotA. Challenge them to a game of Starcraft.... don't bother because even a shitty player like me can kick their asses easily within 5-10 minutes. Call of Duty? Sorry, we don't play that in there. And also, HEY GUYS I KNOW A SHITLOAD ABOUT KOMPUTERS BUT I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT A GPU IS!!! WOOOOO!!!!!!

So, as you might have guessed, I have very few friends in there. Those whom I am close to are of course, the more open-minded people. And I am sorry, but I will not be returning there for a long time so I can only hope that you guys can handle it without me.

9/11: A Conspiracy For Profit?

It has long come to my attention that the 9/11 incident that happened back in 2001 was a conspiracy created between the Bush Government and the al-Qaeda. Now of course, Americans will start flaming me and go LOLOLOL AMERICA IS TEH BEST AL-QAEDA BAWMBED US FUCK YOU. But before you do that, you'd best hear me out before you go embarrass yourselves.

First of all, if the United States of America is to go to war with Iraq and win, they would most certainly be able to gain a huge amount of profit for the military because of the amount of oil in there. In fact, the majority of the world's oil comes from the middle east itself.

Secondly, Osama Bin Laden was trained by the CIA itself, not to mention the fact that he has never been found to this day. Now how can one keep himself hidden from the country that is looking for him forever? It is futile to dig out the truth. One can only make guesses. However, the fact remains that there is a huge possibility that the government is the one hiding him.

Thirdly, if we take a closer look at the 9/11 incident, the entire WTC crashed to the ground within what? A few hours? A few minutes maybe? Hour or minute, the fact remains that the World Trade Center was made out of strong steel. It would take weeks to burn metal without any other substance to assist the fire in doing so. No. The building was probably rigged with explosives in vital locations of the building, allowing it to go down just like that should a plane rigged with oil crash into it.

If you would like to argue against this, then go ahead. But do so in a civilized way.

Unmasking Jehovah: The Will of the Lord

WARNING: VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY....
RELIGIOUS SHIT
PLEASE CLICK THE 'X' BUTTON ON THE TOP RIGHT CORNER OF YOUR SCREEN IMMEDIATELY IF YOU CANNOT HANDLE IT

Now, don't get me wrong but I do believe in Christianity. There has been too many divine interventions for me to ignore it. However, what I do not believe is that God's will is as pure as most, if not all Christians make it look like. There is a reason why the 'Religious Views' on my Facebook profile says "Anti-Christ". Why is it so, you might ask. Well, before we get to business, let me clarify a few things first. I am not rebelling against Jehovah because it makes me look "gangsta". I am doing so because of his actions. Now, let's get to business.

1. 6/10 of the Ten Commandments states that "You shall not murder." However, we should all note that Jehovah himself has broken that particular commandment countless times. I am of course, referring to Noah's Ark and Egypt: The Plagues and the Exodus. Here is an extract from Wikipedia on E: TP&TE

"The tenth plague culminated in the slaying of the Egyptian male first-borns, whereupon such terror seized the Egyptians that they ordered the Hebrews to leave in the Exodus. The events are commemorated as Passover, referring to how the plague "passed over" the houses of the Israelites while smiting the Egyptians."Moses with the tablets of the 10 Commandments

2. Was such violence really necessary to solve the issues that were in those stories? Why didn't God just walk up to the Pharoah and asked him to Israelites to observe the feast? Why didn't he just show himself to everyone in Noah's Ark?

3. You might remember that it was Jehovah who cast Satan down to the Earth. Why didn't he lock Satan up safely instead? A lot of trouble could have been avoided by doing so. For starters, we wouldn't have had Nazis in the 1940s, the USSR, and of course, our now infamous Prime Minister, Dato Seri Najis. If you're going to give me that second chance bullshit like most pastors do, then I'm sorry, but that second chance has caused a lot of problems for the world already. And why hasn't Jehovah taken any action against Satan yet? The devil is still running amok around the world.

4. As the creator of all life forms, is he not responsible for their welfare and actions? Sure, we have our own minds so we should bear responsibility over certain things but what of the diseases and parasites that are spreading and evolving to this day? What of the major world crisis events? Is he not responsible to cleanse the world of those situations? Has he done that? I think not.

If God's will is to be followed without question, then I'm sorry, but that is not a God I shall worship for I do not follow instructions blindly.

Malaysia's Next Generation: Don't expect too much from them

"Today's kids, tomorrow's leaders" has always been the theme for Swan City Toastmasters' annual Youth Leadership Camp in Sibu. Back then, I was still extremely young when it was started so I didn't have the slightest idea of it's meaning. Now if you think the words of that theme is true for Malaysia, please do think twice. While it is true that today's kids will be tomorrow's leaders, they are nothing like the leaders you have tried to turn them into. Nowadays, the average Malaysian kid of any age would frequently spend his free time in a cybercafe, playing DotA, MAT or some other overrated game.

As I have already expressed this issue many times, Malaysia's next generation is doomed to fail unless by some miracle, every single one of th
ese kids makes the decision to change themselves for the greater good. It is apparent that none of these kids can handle the truth at all. You might remember a confrontation I had with one Brian Liong from the Merdeka district in Sibu which was caused by a spoof I made based on Namewee's "Siti Insyah Sucks Bananas. NAH!" music video. Most of the other kids are no different. Peninsula Malaysia? No
pe. Its no different in there. Everytime the truth s
macks them hard in the face, they'll cry and attempt to flame you with an incoherent amount of Engrish and BM acronyms and those who follow my "trolling" on CiBMall have already witnessed that many times.

Oh sure.... So offering you the advice you asked for is LC-ing?

And to make things worse for Malaysia, being an Internet Tough Guy™ has certainly become some sort of local trend. Not just in the Internet, but also in real life. You have a lot of kids these days, dyeing their hair whenever possible in order to look "cool", then you have kids t41p1ng l13k d1s, the violent threats and of course, the now -infamous "o0o" line. Oh, and did I forget to mention the fact that when they're in doubt, they can only call in their pathetic friends?

Oh, and did I forget to mention the fact that when they're in doubt, they can only call in their pathetic friends?

The game is rigged. The arrogance and ignorance of the younger generation has yielded it's results. Approximately 69% of the next generation is about to "berjuang" into the pithole while they wonder where they went wrong in the past for the rest of their lives because everytime someone points them to the right path, they resolutely refuse to take that path and in the end, it all comes down to this.

Either kill or be killed. If you refuse to kill the monster inside you, then you sir, are doomed to fail, just like the rest of the failures that are to become the next generation.

Malaysia's Next Generation: How And Why They Are Doomed To Fail

Now for those who were wondering wether I abandoned this blog or not....
No, I did not. I just have a lot of unpublished articles and this is the very article that will make the first blog of November as of Saturday, Nov 13, 2010. So anyway, straight to business as usual.

The end-of-year holidays are about to begin again and more SPM candidates are about to discover their futures. In the end, the majority of Malaysia's next generation is still going to fail. It doesn't matter if they've scored straight As in their SPM or STPM. They're still going to fail in the end. How so, you might ask. Let us take a look at the past. Not to dwell on it, but to see where we went wrong.

You see, most schools in Malaysia, if not all, discourages creativity and innovation. Sure, they do not know it but all the same, the fact remains that they are still discouraging creativity and innovation among the younger generation. When you're working on a school project, the data that you must include in the folio is already fixed. You can only change the names and the type of data in it. In the end, every single project that is examined by the Ministry of Education is more or the less the same. Just different districts, different terrain, different types of moral values and so on. There's just too much spoonfeeding involved. The only creativity I see is when it comes to languages in the examinations. Even then, there's still very little creativity involved in it. In fact, its just downright Communist. Why? Because you're forced to write about topics that are fixed by the person who prepared the exam papers. I don't care if I have scored straight As in every single English exam I took, the fixed subjects still limits the amount of creativity that is put into the exams. In the end, you graduate out of college or university and spend the rest of your lifetime behind a desk, doing the paperwork and all that other fancy crap. You're not going to achieve anything out of that except for a decent paycheck. Even then, paychecks in Malaysia aren't decent at all.

Now, all of this leads to another question. WHO is the one to take the blame?
To me, it looks like a 50/50 situation. Half the blame has to go to the government and the other half has to go to our parents for it is they who raised and trained the younger generation. Let's look at the government first.

As I have stated above, creativity is mostly discouraged in schools. You're taught to take notes and memorize the entire exercise book and textbook. That's it. That's all you need to do to pass your exams. No, you can't question the education system because if you do, you'll only be seen as an undisciplined faghat. Seriously, why am I studying about Bani-Abbasiyah when it isn't even related to my ancestors? I can tolerate an overview of the history of Islam and how it came into Asia but how it entered Europe? No thanks, sir.

In addition to that, most teachers discourage their students from using their spare time on their past time like singing, acting, and so on. To add insult to injury, the schools do not provide any courses for music and acting classes, denying the students the chance to show their true talents. There are some who are meant to sit behind desks but what about the others? Are you going to just neglect their needs? A school is a place that is created to build a successful young generation. No, it should not be used just for academics, but to be used to train the younger generation in other skills like public speaking, singing, acting and dancing. There is a reason why America's entertainment industry is still flourishing to this day. Even I have to give Justin Bieber some credit for being able to be recognized internationally whereas our own bands like Pop Shuvit can only make it as far as the Philippines and Indonesia. That sir, is just about it. Schools place too much emphasis on academics. To top it off, each individual has about 9-12 subjects to study in school and that sir, is too much even for a Grade-A student. In the end, those who actually study their lives off lose their identity. Those who are neglected on the other hand, become undisciplined individuals who create problems for the school's administration. Having a very small amount of decency in their attitude, they end up in the pithole when they turn eighteen. What's more? The teachers demand no mistakes. What they want is perfection. Without mistakes, how are we supposed to learn and think out of the box? Ever heard of the line "No mistakes means no effort"?

And again, the parents of the younger generation have to take some of the blame too. How so, you might ask. Let's take a look at your lives shall we?

You see, when you were just an infant, you received plenty of encouragement and love from your family. There was always some praise in your actions. But suddenly, all that was taken away from you. Praise was replaced with criticism and canes. Everyone expected you to excel in your academics. Eventually, you began to pull yourself away from your parents. Whenever you prove them wrong, they accuse you of smart-mouthing.

Can you see where the parents went wrong now? However, it doesn't end here?

All of the above happened because as you grew up, your parents did not see the need to pay attention to you anymore. They grew wary of you, preferring to focus on their jobs for the money. A lot of parents in Asia are like that and there's no denying that. In the end, what happens is that they spend very little time with their children because they don't have the time to do so. Or at least, that's what they claim. The truth is; they do have the time to spend with their kids after work. However, they prefer to spend it on their friends or their own past time instead of trying to understand their kids which is why most of us have the difficulty of telling the difference between reality and fantasy. We see all that crap in movies and we think its reality when it is in fact, FAKE. However, our parents are usually "too busy" to educate us about that subject. Like schools, they also put too much emphasis on academics. Even a tiny drop in their grades can instigate the wrath of a parent in some extreme cases. Because of the fact that they do not spend enough time with their kids, they have a lot of difficulties when it comes to understanding the minds of their children which can lead to a lot of disastrous misunderstandings. Ever wondered why your kid hides everything from you?

Parents should also give their kids some room to express their feelings, not just reprimand their kids for everything they say and praise them when they deserve some credit in their actions or words.

To put it bluntly, parents do not see the point of spending their time with their children because they were not raised that way. They put too much emphasis on their financial issues which causes them to draw themselves away from their kids without realizing it while the concerned youngster does the same. Seriously, don't you get it at all? Haven't you noticed that your child hides so many things from you? They just don't know how to open their minds to their parents because they're afraid of getting reprimanded! This is the problem with most Asian parents. Can't you see that the reason why you can't understand your kids is because of the fact that you don't spend enough time with them? But nooooo! Most of the parents in Asia don't see the point of it and what do we have? Kids who have no decency at all, expecting to be spoonfed by mommy and daddy for the rest of their lives, no-lifers who dye their hair, wear "punk" hairstyles and hang out in cybercafes all day long, playing DotA and getting into gangsterism. Those who manage to get results good enough for UiTM at the very least, end up behind a desk for the rest of their lives because they were not taught to think out of the box. They were only taught to follow the rules. That's it.

It is time to change already. This is exactly how Malaysia failed. We don't have enough leaders to lead the country towards success. Any dream is usually discouraged by everyone. You'd be labeled as a psychotic, crazy person while your dreams will be seen as a waste of time by teachers and parents alike. GOD DAMN IT. CAN YOU SEE WHY NOW? We do not have enough innovative ideas which is how our industry failed on an epic scale. LOOK AT AMERICA. Yes, their economy is getting fucked up and the White House is corrupt but their entertainment industry is still alive to this day. Why? Because they taught their kids to always think outside the box. Sure, Justin Bieber's a fag but I still have to give him some credit for being recognized internationally whereas Siti Nurhaliza is just recognized in specific countries in SEA only. Unless you want your next generation to be zombies and undisciplined fuckers, you will have to start making changes and raise your kids the right way instead of just sticking to the status quo because believe it or not, the status quo does not work anymore.
